HSBC Exchanges New Banknotes for 40K Customers on 1st Day of Launch

Starting today (3rd), HSBC is offering new banknote services for the Lunar New Year (LNY) to its customers, as announced by HSBC. On the first day, approx. 40,000 customers exchanged banknotes across all branches and three mobile branches serving more remote areas, similar to last year. The mobile branches are offering cash transaction services for the first time. Several branches opened early at around 7 am to reduce waiting times for the public.
