Quzhou Introduces New Housing Policy to Grant Multi-Child Families Improvement Subsidies for Home Purchases

The Quzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Quzhou Municipal Finance Bureau, and Quzhou Municipal Health Commission jointly issued yesterday the Notice on Further Measures to Promote the Stable and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market. Specifically, the notice mentioned the introduction of improvement subsidies for multi-child families purchasing homes. Starting from June 20, 2025, multi-child families who purchase newly built commercial housing in the urban area (projects that have received their first pre-sale permit since 2021) will be eligible for improvement subsidies for home purchases.
